Women's Cross Country Places Fourth at JennaStrong Fall Classic
WILMINGTON, Ohio - The University of Saint Francis cross country teams competed at the JennaStrong Fall Classic hosted by Wilmington College on Friday, October 17, with both the men's and women's squads bringing home top-five finishes.
The Saint Francis women's team finished in fourth place, outperforming ranked opponents.
Andrea Pfau led the Cougars in the 5k race with an eighth-place finish at 18:53.9, a personal best on the season. Linda Koech followed in 17th place with a time of 19:31.0, while Kiara Bahena crossed the finish line at 19:46.3 for 23rd place. Lauren Moore was not far behind, finishing with a time of 20.02.9, followed by Victoria Clibon at 20:17.4.
Up next, the SF men's and women's cross country teams will travel to Knoxville, Tennessee, for the NAIA Appalachian Challenge on October 14 before competing in the 2025 Crossroads League Cross Country Championships on November 7.
