Women’s Golf Concludes 2023-24 Campaign at Crossroads League Championships
COLUMBUS, Ind. – The University of Saint Francis (Ind.) women's golf team finished seventh at the Crossroads League Championships on Tuesday. This year's championships were held at the Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Ind. on April 29 - 30.
The Lady Cougars finished the three-round event with a total team score of 1076.
Marian University claimed the league title after shooting a 909. Marian's Sidney Parmer was the top individual at the event after defeating Indiana Wesleyan University's Caroline Gibson in a playoff. Parmer finished with a 54-hole score of 223.
After three rounds, Ava Warren led USF with a total of 257. She posted round scores of 84, 82, 91.
Bridget Marshall finished the CL Championships with a total score of 266, followed by Melissa Francis with 271 and Tory Straley with 282. Abby Pequignot rounded out the Lady Cougars' efforts with a total score of 305.
