Tourney Time: Women's Basketball Hosts Bethel for Crossroads League Semifinals
FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The University of Saint Francis (Ind.) women's basketball team will host the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinal Round on Tuesday, February 24.
The SF Cougars, who earned the No. 2 seed in the tournament, will host No. 6 Bethel University at the Hutzell Athletic Center starting at 6:00 p.m.

GAME NOTES
- Saint Francis closed the regular season at 25-3 overall and 15-3 in Crossroads League play. The Cougars are ranked No. 6 in the NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
- Bethel finished the regular season at 20-9 and a league record of 10-8.
- The Cougars and Pilots first met in the Hutzell Athletic Center back in December. Saint Francis defeated Bethel by a final score of 62-46. Renna Schwieterman led SF with 21 points and six rebounds, followed by Cali Gregory with 12 points and six assists. Isabel Scales led Bethel with 13 points, while Luvrain Gaskins had a team-high six rebounds.
- In their second meeting of the season, Saint Francis outlasted Bethel 65-64. Gregory led the Cougars with 21 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Allison Scheu finished with 13 points off the bench. Bethel was led by Scales with 16 points. Isabella Nooe added 12 points, while Jazmyn Smith finished with 11 points and nine rebounds.
- Saint Francis is averaging 73.1 points per game, 34.8 rebounds per game and 12.7 assists per game. Bethel is averaging 73.0 points per game, 39.9 rebounds per game and 16.3 assists per game.
- Gregory is averaging 16.3 points per game, with 472 total points scored this season. Schwieterman is averaging 6.2 rebounds per game and 2.9 assists per game.
- Scales has scored 389 points this season, averaging 13.4 points per game. Smith is averaging 9.0 rebounds per game, while Nooe has 4.4 assists per game.
