Saint Francis Takes Fourth; Langat Finishes Runnerup at JennaStrong Fall Classic
WILMINGTON, Ohio - The University of Saint Francis cross country teams competed at the JennaStrong Fall Classic hosted by Wilmington College on Friday, October 17, with both the men's and women's squads bringing home top-five finishes.
The Saint Francis men's team finished in fourth place on Friday night.
Emmanuel Langat led SF with a runner-up finish, crossing the finish line at 25:33.7. Zane Strydom also brought home a top-ten finish at sixth place with a time of 25:56.3. Kelvin Sanja Etiang (26:54.5) and Dylan Anspach (27:11.5) and Evan Pitts (27:34.5) were the next three Cougars to finish the race.
Up next, the Saint Francis men's and women's cross country teams will travel to Knoxville, Tennessee, for the NAIA Appalachian Challenge on October 14 before competing in the 2025 Crossroads League Cross Country Championships on November 7.
