Cougars Compete at Sagamore Shootout 

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. - The University of Saint Francis (IN) men's golf team finished ninth overall at the Sagamore Shootout hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University. Competing at The Sagamore Club, the Cougars finished with a two-day team total of 645 (+69).

Tommy Curtis led the Cougars with a tie for 29th place after posting a 157 (+13) total, carding an 80 in the first round and improving with a 77 in the final round.

Joey Hughes finished in a tie for 31st. Hughes shot a 159 (+15) total (82-77).

Keenan Beaty recorded a total of 163 (+19). Beaty opened strong with a 75 (+3) in the first round before battling to an 88 in the second.

Keegan Meyer tied for 47th with a 166 (+22) (82-84), while Donny Dimberio rounded out the scoring with a 168 (+24) (81-87).

The Sagamore Shootout served as the final regular-season tune-up for the Cougars. They now turn their focus toward the Crossroads League Men's Golf Championship.
