NEW ORLEANS, LA. – The USF Cheer team competed this past weekend in the Battle of the Big Easy at Xavier University on Friday February 10th. It was the second competition of the season for the Cougars.

The Cougars placed 4th in the first competition with a score of 69.61 competing against XULA, Langston, Williams Baptist, Our Lady of the Lake, Montreat, and Concordia (Mich.). In the second competition, the Cougars did not end up competing.

USF will be back in action this weekend traveling to Upland, Indiana to compete in the Trojan Invitational hoping to hit a clean routine and improve their score to prepare for the Crossroads League Championship on February 25th.
