KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2025-26 NAIA Women's Basketball All-America Teams on Monday, March 30.

Cali Gregory headlined the honors for the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) after being named to the First Team, earning her first career All-America selection and becoming the fourth Cougar in program history to earn First Team honors.

Gregory led the Cougars with 16.7 points per game, totaling 585 points on the season. She shot a team-best 51.7% from the field and ranked second on the team in three-point percentage at 45.8%. The sophomore also averaged 5.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

Saint Francis women's basketball concluded the 2025-26 season with a 30-5 overall record. The Cougars made their 21st appearance in the national tournament and their 12th trip to the quarterfinals in program history.
