Reflecting the True Spirit of Cougar Football

Welcome to the excitement of Cougar Football at the University of Saint Francis! We are proud to have you as our guest for today's game. As a Franciscan university that respects the dignity of each individual, we want to assure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit. Please read and follow these guidelines during your stay today.

1. If for any reason you need assistance, please seek out or phone a USF security officer at 434-3222. University security personnel patrol the campus prior, during and after the game. University security personnel are authorized to remove any individual from campus whose behavior becomes unruly, argumentative, unethical, or irresponsible or who poses a danger to themselves or others.
2. Tailgating is allowed three hours prior to the game and two (2) hours after the game.
3. Tailgating is permitted in designated areas only: the two (2) parking lots at the north end of the stadium (see map on reverse - Lots "A") or on the nearby adjacent grassed areas (not in the drive aisles).
4. No pets are permitted inside the stadium.
5. All vehicles participating in tailgating must be removed from the designated tailgate areas within three hours after the conclusion of the game.
6. All vehicles are permitted to utilize only one parking space, including those participating in tailgating.
7. Large trucks (i.e. motor homes, trailers, etc.) and golf carts are not allowed in the designated tailgate areas.
8. Overnight parking associated with attending a University of Saint Francis football game is not permitted.
9. Kegs and glass bottles containing alcohol or other beverages are not permitted.
10. Tailgate parties are not permitted in the parking lots during the game.
11. Payment of an admission fee is required to participate in the enclosed pedestrian General Admission Tailgate Area near the north end zone.
12. Admission to the Corporate Hospitality Area near the south end zone is by prior invitation only.
13. Alcoholic beverage consumption by individuals under the age of 21 is prohibited on the University of Saint Francis campus.
14. Alcohol consumption is allowed for individuals over the age 21 at university sanctioned or sponsored events. Permissible areas for alcohol consumption at today's game include the General Admission Tailgate Area and the Corporate Hospitality Area.
15. The University of Saint Francis is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the consumption of alcohol on its campus.
16. Smoking or the consumption of alcohol is not permitted in D'Arcy Stadium.
17. Please place trash in appropriate containers.
18. Do not leave valuables unattended in your vehicle.

These guidelines have been developed for the comfort and safety of all Cougar Football participants and fans. We appreciate your cooperation in following them.

North End Zone Tailgating Area

North End Zone of D’Arcy Stadium is available for tailgating throughout home games and is the ONLY place where alcohol is allowed to be consumed inside the stadium. North End Zone tent spaces are reserved on a season-long basis. Please download a "North End Zone Tent Space Reservation Form." (pdf) Tent spaces are available on a first come-first serve basis and ONLY those who complete the registration form will be allowed to have their tent space for the 2008 season.
