   WINONA LAKE, Ind. -- Amber Ludwig and Kaitlyn Klein proved to be a lockdown combination leading the University of Saint Francis to a pair of 10-1 wins at Grace College on Saturday afternoon. The Lady Cougars climbed to a sixth-place finish in the final MCC standings and will be the No. 6 seed in the MCC Tournament, which starts on Tuesday (April 28) at Indiana Wesleyan University, Seybold Park, Marion, IN.

   Ludwig pitched 12 innings combined picking up both wins to improve to 11-10 this season. She had four strikeouts in Game 1, none in Game 2. Klein went  7-for-9 in the two games, drove in nine runs and belted her first HR of the season, a 3-run blast in the 2nd inning. She also had three doubles to help USF improve to 15-25 overall, 5-11 in MCC play.
