  CHICAGO, Ill. -- Sure Jeff Rekeweg is happy his Cougars are in the St. Xavier University Tournament Championship Game, but he's still hoping his University of Saint Francis team can develop more consistency.
  SD jumper for 2USF down Mt. Marty College (S.D.) 83-73 behind DeJovaun Sawyer-Davis' eighth double-double this season -- 31 points and 10 rebounds -- on Wednesday night. The 9-5 Cougars will play Wilberforce University (OH) on Thurs., Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. Fort Wayne time. WGL 1250 AM will carry the game starting at 6:45 p.m.
   "Overall, I am please with the win, but I wondered out loud to our assistant coaches, 'why can't we sustain effort and execution throughout the game," Rekeweg said. "We did a great job defensively in the second half and in our transition game."
  Adam Cagnet and Sawyer-Davis hit back-to-back 3-pointers to end the first half and vault USF back into the lead, 39-36, at halftime. Sawyer-Davis splashed his in at the buzzer.
  The Cougars opened the second half with a 12-3 surge and stretched out to a 23-point lead, 73-50, on a Cagnet layup with 4:59 to play. MM rallied to within six, 79-73 with 17 seconds to play, but USF held off the Lancers for its third straight win.
  Kreigh Hentrup added 13 points and Ferdinand Morales-Soto added 10 for the Cougars.
