2008 Kevin Donley Football Camp

When: Saturday, June 11-13, 2008
Time: 9am - 12pm
Cost: $120
What to Bring: All camp participants should wear appropriate athletic attire including shorts and a t-shirt and athletic or turf shoes.

Cougar Cub Cheerleading Camp

The University of Saint Francis Cheer Team is hosting a cheer camp open to students K-12. Your child will learn proper cheerleading skills including a cheer and stunt which they will perform at halftime of the USF Football game! They will also participate with the USF Cheerleaders during the 1st and 3rd quarters of the football game. Included in the $30 fee, they will receive matching t-shirts and pom poms.

Admission to the game will also be provided for the student. However, they must be accompanied by an adult at the game. Please register using the online sign-up form and complete medical waiver form.

Registration due by September 15 to ensure participant will receive t-shirt.

Please note that in order to participate in the Cougar Cub Cheer Camp each participant must have a completed medical release form signed by a Parent or Guardian in addition to signing up online.  Medical Release forms will be made available on the first day of the Cougar Cub Cheer Camp.

Payment and medical release form must be received prior to participation. Payments may be sent in the mail to the address below or brought with the student the first day. Checks should be made payable to USF Cheerleading.

Private Stunt Clinics from the Cougar Cheer Team:

Stunt Clinics are offered on a individual and team basis throughout the year. University of Saint Francis Coaches & Cheerleaders instruct the camps/clinics. Camps can and will be customized to your individual needs. We offer instruction in fundamentals, technique, jumps, and stunting. All camps can be scheduled around your schedule at your school.

Peak Performance Volleyball Camps

Our goal is to give all campers the attention that they deserve. This is achieved by maintaining a player to coach ratio of no more then three campers to every one floor coach. All Clinic floor instruction is done solely by Coach Kiely.

Each camp is designed for the age group stated and campers are grouped by their experience level. This is to ensure that all campers are instructed and challenged at the level that promotes advancement in their skills.

All camps are commuter camps only and are located at Hutzell Athletic Center on the Campus of the University of Saint Francis. Download the brochure (pdf).

8th– 12th Grade Positional Clinics

When: June 28
Times:

• 8am - 11am: Setters Clinic
• 11am - 2pm: Libero/DS Clinic
• 2pm - 5pm: Middle Hitters Clinic
• 5pm - 8pm: Outside Hitters Clinic

Cost: $35 each Includes Camp T-shirt
Description: Limited to 15 players per Clinic. Clinic will focus on drills that isolate and improve positional offensive and defensive techniques. All Clinics are geared for maximum repetition.

1st – 4th Grade Cougar Pup Camp

When: June 30 – July 3
Times: 2:00pm-3:30pm
Cost: $45 each Includes Camp T-shirt
Description: Limited to 15 players per Clinic. Clinic will focus on drills that isolate and improve positional offensive and defensive techniques. All Clinics are geared for maximum repetition.

5th – 8th Grade Preparation Camp

When: June 30 – July 3
Times: 3:30pm-5:30pm
Cost: $90 Includes Camp T-shirt
Description: Limited to 32 campers. This camp will cover basic skills needed for a successful start and preparation for Middle School and Jr High School volleyball. Instruction will cover all areas of the game with focus on basic techniques and footwork.

7th – 12th Grade Hitters Camp

When: June 30 – July 3
Times: 6:00pm-8:00pm
Cost: $90 Includes Camp T-shirt
Description: Limited to 30 hitters. Camp will focus on drills that isolate and improve attacking technique. Hitters will receive instruction on developing dynamic approaches and proper arm swings.
