

Lady Cougar Volleyball has created a Junior varsity program for those students which desire to continue their volleyball careers at the collegiate level without all of the time constraints of a varsity athlete. This program is also design for those players that may consider to walk-on at other university for no aid and want to be considered for our varsity program.
All Junior Varsity players will receive a $2000 athletic scholarship. Please note that award may be reduced as total university awards cannot exceed tuition and fees after federal and state aid are applied.
Here is what is required of a Junior Varsity player :
Fall Semester
Practice: Twice a week.
Other Responsibilities: Work Varsity home matches and the Best of the Best
Tournament
Matches: Four match dates or one tournament (four matches)
Spring Semester
Practice: Once a week.
Other Responsibilities: None
Junior Varsity players must have a minimum of high school varsity experience and meet the below eligibility requirements:
NAIA Eligibility Criteria (must meet two of the three)
NOTE: IF YOU ARE A TRANSFER STUDENT THAT PLAYED AT ANOTHER UNIVERSITY A RELEASE LETTER MUST BE INCLUDED TO BE CONSIDERED.
