Cougar Club Cheer Camp Registration

Open to ages K-12

Online Registration ends September 18, 2009. Cost is $30.

Please note that in order to participate in the Cougar Cub Cheer Camp each participant must also print out and complete a medical release form in addition to signing up online. Medical release forms may be filled out in person on the first day of the Cougar Cub Cheer Camp.

Payment and medical release form must be received prior to participation. Payments may be sent in the mail to the address below or brought with the student the first day. Checks should be made payable to USF Cheerleading.
