Welcome to USF CHEER!

Beginning our 10th year, the Cougar Cheer Program continues to grow. 

The program has grown to include 3 varsity teams and 1 competition team. 

The Football Team cheers for all home football games and occasionally travels to nearby - away games.  The Blue Team and the White Team split all Men's and Women's home basketball games, and also occasionally travel to some conference games. 

All three regular seasons teams practice 3 evenings per week throughout their season. They cheer at all home games and a few away games. Football games are on Saturday afternoons. Men's and Women's basketball has possibly one week night game and one Saturday game during any week from November to March. The competition squad holds the majority of their practices throughout the summer.

Featuring the Cougar Cub Cheer Camp

The University of Saint Francis Cheer Team is hosting a cheer camp open to students K-12.  Your child will learn proper cheerleading skills including a cheer and stunt which they will perform at halftime of the USF Football game!  They will also participate with the USF Cheerleaders during the 1^st and 3^rd quarters of the football game.

Included in the fee of $30, they will receive matching t-shirts and pom poms.

Admission to the game will also be provided for the student.  However, they must be accompanied by an adult at the game.
